superfoods that you should eat :

Cyder vinegar.

Cloudy pressed apple juice

Tomatoes in any form

Olive oil

Dark chocolate 70% + cocoa content.

Organic live yoghurt

Sprouts [not that sort.No one should have to eat those !] and alfalfa shoots.

I am a reluctant semi vegetarian but luckily i can cook so i can do enough with vegetables etc to not have to eat meat every day.I swear by Aberdeen Angus beef as the best tasting.
