You are right, its application today is indeed profound and I agree that it will influence all of our destinies. The problem is, the world economy is very much in a flux between the thesis and the anti-thesis part (in my humble view), and how the "solution" bit will unfold will be interesting - I guess that it will reflect the interests of one dominant social order - what philosopher's would call "hegemony" ( a concept popularised by the famous Italian philospher Antonio Gramsci and nothing to actually do with Hegel himself).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1976747764027498792.post-48374007872977854112008-10-18T19:14:00.001-07:002008-10-18T19:14:00.001-07:00Its more commonly known as problem - reaction - so...Its more commonly known as problem - reaction - solution.Peter Wolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01633382951850064989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1976747764027498792.post-86603166581043046732008-10-18T19:14:00.000-07:002008-10-18T19:14:00.000-07:00Its more commonly known as problem - reaction - so...Its more commonly known as problem - reaction - solution.Peter Wolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01633382951850064989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1976747764027498792.post-12483116479104158652008-10-18T11:47:00.000-07:002008-10-18T11:47:00.000-07:00Very good analysis of Hegel here Peter - I actuall...Very good analysis of Hegel here Peter - I actually didn't know a lot of this myself and I have lectured on this!!
